Molybdenum ball mill features:

In the right grinding fineness, molybdenite crystal disintegrate happened in S -Mo-S layers, close water S-Mo surface took a very small proportion. But when grinding much, S-Mo surface proportion increased, the flotability declined. So for the molybdenum beneficiation should avoid and prevent grinding much, in production need subsection grinding and more stages beneficiation process, gradually achieving the monomer disintegrate, ensuring the molybdenum concentrate ore high recovery rates.

The ball mill molybdenum working principle:

High-speed motor by the reducer device drives the cylinderl rotating, inside the cylinder when the ores and grinding balls rotate they were taken to a certain height by lining with friction and centrifugal force role ,then by gravity they generate fall, broken ore under grinding ball impact and abrasive is gradually shattered, usually this process is a relatively long time, after many grinding and collision it can reach the fineness requirement, more longer the grinding time and more smaller the fineness. Lining systems can be easily replaceable,inside the cylinder is equipped with linings, and has good abrasion resistance and economy.

 

3.The Structure of Molybdenum ball mill

The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance.
