Sandy Soil Ball Mill  application:

The ball mill is horizontal cylinder rotating device, the outer gear transmission, it can be to the minerals and other materials for dry or wet grinding, the main bearing uses double row self-aligning spherical roller bearing, can reduce energy consumption by 30%, ball mill cylinder and frame are integrated, when installation it can be put on foundation surface.

Sandy soil ball mill advantages:

The motor by the reducer device drives the cylinderl rotating, inside the cylinder when the ores and grinding balls rotate they were taken to a certain height by lining with friction and centrifugal force role ,then by gravity they generate fall, broken ore under grinding ball impact and abrasive is gradually shattered. The shattered ore by discharging part is discharged from the tube. The discharged minerals come out of classifier then to be qualified, the coarse sand through the combination feeder back to the ball continue to be grinded. The feeding machine continuously evenly feeds, the ores by the combination feeder continuously and evenly come into the ball mill, the grinded material is flowing from the ball mill. Ball mill is continuous grinding equipment which can work 24 hours a day.

 

3.The Structure of Sandy Soil Ball Mill

The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance.
