Ore ball mill features:

The ore ball mill beneficiation technology:

The ore composition is complex and various types, so the method used, equipment and processes are also different. Because of respective situations, good grinding ore then good choosing, domestic separation plant all use stage grinding and many stages grinding process, for coarse granular embedded ores by the former (one stage grinding), fine grain, the micro granular embedded ores by the latter ore (two stages or three stages of grinding).

 

3.The Structure of Ore ball mill

The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance.
