1.Solid-liquid separation screen introduction:

Solid-liquid separation screen is widely used in coal cleaning, beneficiation, building materials, electricity, etc, and is suitable for the fine granularity, materials, dry and wet screening and desliming, dehydration and so on;Using eccentric block synchronous vibration regulator, with tape elastic joints and gimbal couplings connection, and the motor doesn’t vibrate.

of the production and efficiency.

5.Side plate and reinforcing plate, the connection between steel beam, all adopt the special high strength ring 

groove rivets to rivet, resistance shear strength is high, anti vibration, never moves rivet, to avoid the side plate 

cracking accidents caused by the welding defects.

6.Low alloy structure steel made by (Q345C), can make the equipment in -40 °C cold region-still can ensure the overall rigidity.

7.Solid-liquid separation screen is used in the fine grained coal for dehydration, can also be used to fine grain coal in the dry and wet classification and desliming. Also can be used for bulk density < 1.3 other materials to be classification ,desliming and grading.

It adopted double electrode self synchronous technology, universal fast eccentric, adjustable amplitude vibration device. Through the tape coupling which is driven two vibrators as synchronous reverse operation, the centrifugal caused by two groups of eccentric quality along the vibration force direction stacked, reverse centrifugal offseted, so as to form the single induced vibration along the vibration direction, making the screen box do reciprocating linear motion.
